I know I know. It has been too long. Apologies for the M.I.A status as of late. I am taking advantage of the final month in my dear France so there should be a lot more postings here. Today was such a beautiful sunny day we left in the wee hours of the morning (10am) for a drive through the Rhone Valley. So beautiful. And it was really nice to have the sun shining in my face again. Loved the countryside and the small villages...I imagine life there so peaceful and uncomplicated. We also visited some wineries. We actually didn't do too much tasting because most of the caves were private residences and we felt a little awkward being only two in peoples homes tasting wines. They were amazing nonetheless.
I was going to write than I am excited the snow is finally over, but I just looked at my phone and it says its supposed to snow Thursday! Sans fin (never ends). Friday we leave for Avignon till Sunday. Should be a really nice weekend in the South.
