I'm getting ready for my trip to the land of the fresh baguette, and by getting ready, I don't mean packing as I should be, I mean I'm scouting out the best Macaron places in Paris (which will be my first stop on my adventure). Obviously my priorities are where they should be. I've had this obsession with the Macaron ever since I had my first taste months ago of the beautifully creamy Pistachio cookie. It was actually love at first sight. I think the first thing I will require once in the city of lights is a Pistachio Ladurée Macaron...I didn't even know I liked pistachios until I tried that delectable treat. Mmmm.
I'm distracted with thoughts of Macarons!
